For this, while making online entries of children, information of village, taluka, district, birth registration number, etc. shown in the birth certificate form has to be entered.

- Frist. go to the official website ssagujarat
- You will see the home page, click on the child tracking system.
- Now, a new page will open in front of you.
- Enter the username and password. (username is your school Udise code)
- then click on the login button
- you will see the option on the left side of the screen like this:

- Now you will see all your standard options.
- Click on theBalvatika and select “yes” on the drop-down menu for birth certificate availability.

- Fill in all data carefully and click on the ADD button

Gujarat State implemented the Aadhaar Enabled DISE – Child Tracking System to collect Student-wise information for Elementary Schooling of Classes I – VIII in January 2022. Aadhaar Enabled DISE is deployed with a concept adopted from UIDAI to build a database of students along with child-wise records with Student Name, Parent’s Names, Date of Birth, addresses, incentives & benefits received from the Government. The same database is being used by the State to conduct child-wise evaluations under the Gunotsav program.
