Important Instruction For STD 11 Ekam Kasoti
The schools have to conduct the question bank based assessment of class-09 to 12 on 27 July 2022 in two sessions of 1 hour each.
For question bank based assessment, question bank for only 2 (two) subjects of each standard of class 9 to 12 will be prepared and sent by the board. The details of which are available in the schedule.
June and July units will be syllabus for question bank based assessment. The details of which are mentioned in the syllabus. The question bank will be organized based on the textbook published by the Gujarat State School Textbook Board.
Schools will be able to download the question bank by logging on to the board’s website www.gseb.org from 27/07/2022 in the morning from 09:30 am onwards using the school index number and password.
Schools shall conduct a written assessment of all students as per the attached schedule.
Based on the question bank obtained online, the school will have to select the questions and evaluate the students. For which one has to follow the instructions given in the subject-wise question bank.
The school shall ensure that the evaluation process of the students is done properly and the details of the marks obtained by the students after the evaluation and the necessary documents shall be preserved at the school level throughout the year.
All government and aided secondary and higher secondary schools in the state will compulsorily assess students based on the question bank prepared by the board. While self-supporting secondary and higher secondary schools of the state will be able to use the question bank on a voluntary basis.
